We are renowned for finishing our properties to the highest specification, using local and traditional materials wherever possible, and employing local craftsmen who take a real pride in their work.

We will work with you to ensure that your new build has all the latest security, energy- saving and green features, thus making sure your home is safe, warm and eco-friendly. Your kitchen, bathrooms and en-suite facilities will be made to measure and fitted with your choice of top-quality units to your specification, by our specialist fitters.

We, at Dulieu Builders, want you to be able to move into your new home, secure in the knowledge that everything is finished as you want it to be, all you have to worry about is where to put the flowers and the coffee machine.

Dulieu Builders will inspect the property before the 12 month anniversary of completion and will deal with any unforeseen issues that may have arisen.
